Soooooo this is for 
's small competition.
And this is my theory on the mysterious cub:
So the young cub (I won't give him a name, just because i'd like to wait for his real name
) and his father are welcomed into the pride, however things don't really go well. The cub's father is a rogue, and believes that if he can defeat the king (Ahadi), he can become the new king. Meanwhile, the young cub and Sarafina slowly fall in love (but Taka also falls in love with Sarafina, so here comes the love triangle). They become jealous of each other, but Taka later gives up and tells the young cub that he can have her (even though Sarafina secretly loved Taka more). When they become older, the father challenges Ahadi to a battle for the throne and it is a battle to the death. The majordomo hears about this, and flies to Sarafina and the young cub (Now nearly a mature lion) to warn them about it. When they begin the fight, Taka is already their and tries to protect Ahadi, but the father lion swipes his paw at him, giving him his scar. Ahadi gets extremely angry and dangerous. Ahadi and the father lion run at each other head to head, then the young lion and Sarafina run in between them to stop them (Similar to the Lion King II battle with Simba and Zira when Kovu and Kiara stop them). They succeed, however Ahadi banishes the father lion. Too weak to fight back, he leaves and is never seen again. The young cub is horrified, hating Ahadi and blames it on Taka (because if he wasn't harmed, maybe there was a chance for the father lion to stay). Sarafina thought this was too harsh for the young cub and asks Taka if he can convince his father to bring him back. He refuses. Sarafina, angered at Taka, admits loving him but chooses the young lion later in the end. So this is where these problems occur such as Taka changing his name to Scar to remind how stupid he was to not convince his father to bring the other lion back, killing the young lion and attempting to kill Nala and later killing Mheetu. All because of jealousy.
...so yeah.
This is the battle seen as soon as the young lion and Sarafina stop Ahadi and the father lion.
The young lion is facing his father and Sarafina is facing Ahadi (Yep, she's brave enough to challenge the king XD)
Sarafina kinda looks like Kiara :/

I noticed that Kiara actually resembles Sarafina more than people realize. Like, if you get lineart of Sarafina and use Kiara's colors, there's a pretty big similarity.
